Finally, My New Year Resolution Post

I have a complicated relationship with New Years resolutions. It's almost as if on January 1st everyone decides to change everything about themselves and expect it to stick. And if the resolution doesn't stick, you failed! No one wants to fail! However, what people don't realize is that it takes 21 days to make a habit which is why I wanted to wait 21 (well, 22 days) to decide the lifestyle changes I want to publicly put out there on the blogosphere.

The reason I say "lifestyle change" is that whatever I decide to change or incorporate into my life, I am doing it for a reason and should be treated as more than just something you start January 1st and then end. These changes should come from intrinsic motivation and be something that you truly want, no matter the reason.

So, without further adieu, I give you my TWO lifestyle changes for 2019:

Resolution/Life-Change #1: To focus more on the quality of food I put in my body

To jump start this change, I joined F-Factor which is a scientifically proven way of eating that results in weight loss, better gut health, skin, and so much more. I don't want to go more into this because I hope to dedicate a post to F-Factor but in the meantime, you can learn more here.

Resolution/Life-Change #2: To take more pride in my work

This is more of an all-encompassing change. I want to do the best I can when it comes to my personal relationships, my 9-5 job, Sneaks to Stilettos, and how I treat my belongings. Nothing should be done half-way and I want to constantly remember that my work should always represent who I am, and I am not sloppy. :)

Make sure to let me know your life changes in the comments!

Hailey
